David Watson will explore and share Solent Mind’s experiences on their journey to a connected workforce by centralising their data from many disparate systems into a single source. The solution addressed issues such as time consuming and out of date reports and KPI’s, poor visibility of information for staff, local authorities and NHS, and also a lack of security of data specifically medical data. David will discuss the challenges they experienced through the project, the benefits of the solution to the charity and to their partners and the next steps as they continue to extend Dynamics 365.
